Pulso Acquisition Corp III, LLC, doing business as Legends Boxing Cypress, located at 15103 Mason Road, Suite C-3, Cypress, Texas 77433 (Registration Number 20220010), ceased operation effective 08/31/2024. The Secretary of State has been notified of this closing. If you are a former member of Legends Boxing Cypress in Cypress who had time remaining on a prepaid membership contract, you may file a claim with the Secretary of State for the value of the balance of the contract. To perfect a claim, you must send to the Secretary of State a copy of the membership contract and proof of payment indicating the amount paid to Legends Boxing Cypress under the membership contract.
