Ultimate Class Gyms, LLC, doing business as Class by UFC Gym, located at 9951 I-10 West, San Antonio, Texas 78230 (Registration Number 20180172), ceased operation effective 12/31/2023. The Office of the Texas Secretary of State (Office) has been notified of this closing. If you are a former member of Class by UFC Gym in San Antonio, Texas, who had time remaining on a prepaid membership contract, you may file a claim with the Office for the value of the balance of the contract. To perfect a claim, you must send the Office a copy of the membership contract, and proof of payment indicating the amount paid to Class by UFC Gym under the membership contract.
