Notice of Extended Suspension of Statute
Office of the Attorney General (OAG):
The Office of the Governor is in receipt of OAG’s request to extend the temporary suspension of section 121.006(c)(1) of the Texas Civil Practice & Remedies Code. That suspension, granted by the Office of the Governor on April 27, 2020, is hereby amended to remain in effect until terminated by the Office of the Governor or until the March 13, 2020 disaster declaration is lifted or expires.
