Editor's Note: House Bill 2954, §402.004, 76th Legislature, transfers all powers, duties, rights and rules from the Texas Low-Level Radioactive Waste Disposal Authority (TLLRWDA) to the Texas Natural Resource Conservation Commission and abolishes the TLLRWDA. Effective September 1, 1999, the Texas Register is administratively transferring Title 31, Part 15, Chapter 449 to Title 30, Part 1, Chapter 449.

A conversion chart is published in this issue under the Tables and Graphic section. The chart lists the old rule numbers and the new rule numbers that correspond to them.
